Close to home bars and restaurants and friendly service
Las albercas están grandes y los chapoteaderos son seguros para los niños, el bungalows es amplio y acogedor, son dos habitaciones un baño, sala y cocina equipada, fuimos entre semana y éramos los únicos, así que estuvo bien por el tema de la pandemia
Las habitaciones son básicas como para hospedarse una noche cerca de la playa y tiene vista hacia el río. En el cuarto de otros familiares no había regadera, solo caía el chorro de agua y no había agua caliente Lo visité en vacaciones de diciembre y la atención dejaba mucho que desear porque no había nadie en la recepción cuando llegamos, tuvimos que esperar a que llegara una señora que fue antipática. Al salir a comer y regresar también tuvimos que esperar a que llegara alguien a abrir porque no había personal en la entrada. Ojalá hayan mejorado su atención al cliente.
El hotel se encuentra a la orilla del río, muy cercano a la playa, un lugar muy tranquilo y placentero dónde pasar las vacaciones resulta muy agradable, el hotel cuenta con alberca bastante amplia y un chapoteadero para los peques, también cuenta con una palapa restaurante, amplio jardín y si quieres divertirte un poco más puedes solicitar un paseo en lancha , todo con la excelente atención, personalizada de sus propietarios... muy recomendable.
Es un lugar bastante tranquilo. Se descansa muy bien las intalaciones estan muy bien sus albercas estan limpias y la twmperatura del agua es bastante agradable. Si quieres descansar es un lugar muy recomendable.
El hotel es tranquilo y excelente para los niños por las albercas que hay. La comida que dieron es aceptable, pero el servicio que dieron es excelente.
